"Design Expertise Research" introduces learners to research that identifies expert design behaviors. Learners explore different aspects of the “ideal project envelope,” a guideline for expert design processes, and ways in which they can implement these practices in their own work. Learners are also introduced to the Design Signatures app and practice using it to track the Oreo cookie making process in the video in real time. Using the Design Signatures app, learners create their Design Expertise Research postcard.
