Aishwarya’s activity was making a design presentation of the assignment she captured in the previous postcard. The length of each dandelion is the amount of time spent on each of the phases in the design activity, and the different petals are the amount of time she spent at that stage. This helped her see how she spends most of her time in ideation and prototyping. Aishwarya also notes that using the Design Signatures app at the same time was difficult to do, because it required rapidly switching between doing and recording design, and there were times when she forgot to record data. Additionally, it was interesting to see how her process for designing this presentation differed from her process for other activities, like research or writing.
