Katia’s activity was creating a smoothie, and she visualized this with a postcard inspired by IBM’s rational unified process (see Dubberly). Emotion/feeling data points are shown on the four rows, and time is shown from left to right. The rows are segmented into four stages: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Evaluation.
