The card reads as a timeline from left to right. Each vertical line represents an emotion at one point, with positive emotions pointing up and negative emotions pointing down. The longer the line, the more strong the emotion is. The dots next to the emotion lines represent how often they got distracted; white dots are internal distractions, and black dots are external distractions.
