Alex concurrently captured her process for recreating the Alki Bakery’s banana bread through note-taking. From top to bottom, the three rows show the three steps she took. The length of each row represents the time taken on that step. For example, the second step, adding ingredients, took less time than the other two steps, so it is the shortest row. Alex also incorporated symbols in the second row showing measured or unmeasured wet or dry ingredients. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
