In this postcard, Christian captures his process for swapping the sleeve on an older crew neck. The two main factors of his design process were duration and intensity of the task. Duration, in days, is shown in the number of circles for a specific color-coded stage, and intensity is the size of those circles. For example, in the red gathering materials stage he was looking for a certain crew neck, and while the intensity of this search wasn’t very high (so the circles are small), the search for a perfect crew neck took several days (so there are multiple circles). Christian’s path also shows a feeling of randomness and wandering exploration in his process to put together a crew neck. See the back of the postcard for the key and other details!
