In this postcard, Aishwarya illustrates her design process through the activity of solving a puzzle. She starts with understanding all the resources (puzzle pieces) and identifying starting points, then identifying key users and actors and generating insights. Then, Aishwarya combines the key themes in a coherent way to make the project complete (and the puzzle complete). The themes act as a focal point, like a north star, for the project and puzzle.
